Please note that there are only two enrolment periods throughout the academic year; September and January. Therefore, you will be required to wait till the next intake after submitting your child's application.

Our aim is to educate the children of this Ummah through knowledge, wisdom, good morals and manners using successful methods existing in the Qur’an & Sunnah. By educating our young Muslims, we will be moulding the future generations, who by the permission of Allah, will become beacons of light in our society.

The madrasah at Abu Bakr Masjid & Islamic Centre provides structured learning for boys and girls aged 5 -18. In order to create an atmosphere of correct Islamic morals and etiquette, our classes are taught in gender segregated environments.

Recognising that Islam is a holistic way of life; our students will have the option of studying Qur’anic Studies, Islamic Studies, Authentic Du’a & Adhkaar and Memorisation of different Surah's (Chapters) of the Quran.

Our Madrasah Classes are as follow: 

Weekday Madrasah
- Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Reception students - Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 6:30pm

The tuition fees for Weekday Madrassa is: 480GBP per academic year per child (This is spread over 12 months). 

Weekend Madrasah
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:30am - 1:00pm
- Reception students: 10:30am - 12:30pm

The tuition fees for Weekend Madrassa is: 390GBP per academic year per child (This is spread over 12 months).

Hifz Class (Boys)

- Sunday - Thursday: Sunday 10:30am -1:00pm & Monday - Thursday: 4:45pm - 7:00pm

The tuition fees for Hifz Class is: 560GBP per academic year per child (This is spread over 12 months). 

Teens Islamic Studies Programme

Sister Quran & Tajweed Class

- Thursday and Friday: Between 10:00am - 12:30pm

The tuition fees for Adult Quran Classes is: 150 GBP per term or 300 GBP for the whole year. A term is approximately 20 weeks.

Brothers Quran & Tajweed Class

- Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:30pm-9:00pm

Adults Islamic Studies Diploma

The Diploma Programme is a two-year course starting at Level 1, with each level lasting approximately 10–11 months. The curriculum covers essential Islamic sciences, including Arabic Language (Madinah Books), Tajweed for correct Qur’anic recitation, Hadith from Riyadhus Saliheen, Tafseer of selected Qur’anic chapters with classical Arabic analysis and historical context, and Fiqh, covering key acts of worship such as Tahaaraah, Salaah, Sawm, Hajj, and Zakaah, based on the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the teachings of the four great Imams.

The tuition fees for Adult Islamic Studies Diploma is: 500 GBP per academic year (This could be spread over 12 months).

Fees
The admission fee is: 100 GBP per child. This is a Non-Refundable admission fee which needs to be paid by Cash/BACS prior to admission. This will cover all the learning material, madrassa bag and initial books cost.

Madrassa fees are only paid via monthly direct debit, only in exceptional circumstances cash payments may be accepted. Cash payments must be paid full in advance otherwise 5GBP per month extra will be charged as administrative costs.
